How to wash?
- Use gentle wet wipes
Regarding colors:
- Colors of pins may vary a little bit, especially compared to how you see them on different screens/monitors
- In our experience, the prints may come out looking a little bit darker in-real-life, but they will always look "as intended" on the merch, based on our hands-on tests and final adjustments that are meant to compensate the printer limitations ♥
In regards to production and shipping:
- For some reason, pins seem to take the longest to produce
- Depends on factors such as the region you are in, number of products, type of products, period when you placed your order etc
- Production may take a maximum of 3 weeks
- Shipping may take 6-7 weeks
- We had clients who received their merch in 3 days
- We had clients who received their merch in 50 days
- Some clients do not receive a tracking number, but most do
- ALL clients received their merch and were very happy with it
